Indeed, descents are accessible to beginners who like sports and can walk 4 hours. The effort is quite similar to hiking. There’s nothing really extreme but it’s just rather long.
Though these tours are rather easy, it is possible to find good jumps and slides if you are searching thrilling experiences! It is in some of these canyons, such as the Barbaira or the Bollène, that you will find the most impressive jumps and slides. Indeed, you can often make jumps of up to 10 meters and enjoy some great rappels.
These canyons are all very different from one another and each has its own unique appeal. Due to the length of the activity, we’ll take a short picnic break.
