PARTICIPATION: to participate in our activities, you must be in good health and not to present a medical contraindication for the chosen activity, to respect the minimum age required and the conditions indicated below. Canyoning is an activity in « white water ». You must know how to swim 50 meters minimum and be able to immerse yourself completely.
We must also be aware of the risks inherent in all of our activities that are practiced in an unsecured natural environment. Each participant will have to listen to the instructions of the professional who supervises and follows them.
GUIDING: Our instructors and guides are state graduated and registered to our youth and sport delegation. All participation in the activities is subject to their assessment according to the participants’ moral, physical and sporting abilities.
EQUIPMENT: The equipment provided by Canyon06 is approved and comply with current safety standards. Additional equipment not supplied but necessary for the activity will be indicated upon reservation.
MINORS: Parental or Collective Authorization: For any unaccompanied minor and whatever the activity practiced, the parental authorization or the collective authorization for any structure entrusting us with minors is obligatory. For canyoning, children under 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
SAFETY: For each departure, you will be given a briefing on the use of the equipment and the safety rules to respect. The feasibility of the activity is subject to the appreciation of the instructors and guides who will take into account the conditions of the day (for example weather conditions) and the individual ability of the participants to carry out the activities.
OUTDOOR CONDITIONS: Our activities take place outdoors. The weather conditions and general practice conditions at the place of activities are of course taken into account but are not in any way a cause of cancellation by the customer. They are at the discretion of the professional who supervises the activity. Since the activity is provided by Canyon06, no refund will be made.
PERSONAL BELONGINGS: Canyon06 declines any responsibility in the event of loss, theft or deterioration of your personal belongings. We strongly discourage you from taking valuables at the practice sites.
INSURANCE: Safety and risk prevention is one of our primary concerns. Canyon06 has a professional liability insurance for supervised activities. We also strongly advise each participant to have an individual liability insurance and individual insurance covering our activities.
REGISTRATION AND PAYMENTS: Registrations for activities and services in general are made by reservation with Canyon06, according to availability. All registrations will be taken into account only after reception of all the elements of reservation: name, mail, telephone, date of reservation and number of participants. A return by email, phone call or texto from us will be sent to validate the registration. The total sum of the benefit will be due the day of the activity, before the departure for the activity. By registering, you acknowledge having been informed and agree to our terms and conditions of sale. As part of a group or the registration of several people, the subscriber undertakes to make known and approve the information and general conditions of sale and all documentation to all participants.
CANCELLATION BY THE CUSTOMER: Any cancellation by you before the date of the beginning of the activity must reach us by registered letter with A.R; it is the date of the acknowledgment of receipt of this letter, which will be retained as cancellation date for the billing of cancellation fees. In the event of withdrawal more than 30 days before your activity, the sums paid will be refunded to you. From 30 days before your activity, your withdrawal will result in the following deductions: from 30 to 21 days: 25% of the amount; from 20 to 8 days: 50% of the amount; from 7 to 2 days: 90% of the amount; less than 2 days: 100% of the amount. If unable to perform the activity, you can offer us another person on the condition that it fulfills the same conditions without presuming booking fees already incurred in your name, which would remain due. You are required to inform us at least 7 days before the activity. Any withdrawal or cancellation less than 2 days will not give rise to any refund. Any service interrupted or not consumed by the participant or the subscriber, whatever the reason, will not be refunded.
CANCELLATION BY Canyon06: The supervising staff (state-certified) reserves the right to modify, with or without notice, any program according to weather conditions or safety in general. If possible, alternative activities may be organized without any of the participants being able to claim any compensation. If Canyon06 is in the total obligation to cancel a departure, for whatever reason, the participants will be fully reimbursed without being able to claim any additional compensation.
OUR PRICES INCLUDE: Supervision by a state-certified person and specific equipment.
OUR RATES DO NOT INCLUDE: Your transportation to the starting point of the activity, the personal equipment you need (given at the booking), rental of additional equipment, photos and videos, catering, accommodation, drinks and personal expenses.
AUDIOVISUAL PROPERTY AND IMAGE RIGHTS: By participating in one of our activities, you expressly and unreservedly agree that your image be used for promotional and advertising purposes on all our « paper » media and communication tools and modern telecommunications (Videos, Photos, Website, Social Networks), unless written request from you, addressed by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt and photo for your identification. In accordance with Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to data, files and freedoms, you have a right to access and rectify or delete information about you.

OPTIONALITY OF CERTAIN WORKSHOPS DURING THE ACTIVITY: We inform our customers that the activities carried out involve an element of risk and require the strict application of the safety instructions transmitted by the professional supervisor. It is imperative to report any current or previous health problems to your supervisor. Some activities involve a certain commitment. We cannot necessarily interrupt a course at any time. However, some workshops or activities offered are not obligatory. Each participant is free to choose whether or not to carry out the workshop or activity proposed and has an alternative solution whenever possible. Note for example in the canyon that no jump or slide is obligatory. It is even common for the guide to tell you not to do it if he thinks it presents too much risk for you, whether it is a problem of technical skills or linked to your state of health. The main safety instructions are stated out loud and intelligibly during the briefing and repeated before each jump, slide, descent.
DISPUTE – CONSUMER MEDIATION:
In the event of a dispute between the Customer and the company, they will endeavor to resolve it amicably (the Customer will send a written complaint to the Customer Relations Department of the Seller).
